How to use:
Place your fingers inside the bowl, pick up a small handfull of crystals and hold them for a few seconds,(this will release their specific energy to you) than release them back into the bowl and/or place fingers inside bowl and gently move crystals, to release the specific energy around you. 
Repeat this action, as often as you need, while meditating, releasing stress, calm anxiety or to bring the specific energy of this bowl, to you.
Each crystal bowl has a small selenite stick included, that will automatically  keep the crystals energy clear and cleansed. Also, included in the healing bowl, is a crystal point that you can take with you wherever you go, to remind you of the engery that has been given to you from this bowl. Return the point at the end of your day, to recharge.
